In a controlled environment, junior divers will practice self-rescue techniques, assisting panicked or tired divers, and surface rescue breathing. This session helps them develop quick decision-making skills and build confidence before facing real open water scenarios.

Open Water Rescue Scenarios

Putting Their Skills to the Test!

Young divers will apply their rescue skills in realistic scenarios, including assisting distressed divers, searching for missing divers, and performing in-water rescues. This hands-on experience builds confidence, improves reaction skills, and makes them safer, more responsible divers.

It’s the same course, but junior divers must always dive with a certified adult. At 15, their certification upgrades automatically to PADI Rescue Diver.
